Who We are
We are two family-oriented individuals, César Vacca Devia, systems engineer and Santiago Arredondo, businessman who, inspired by the blessings we receive with our healthy children and the good cause of a good relative and friend, the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Libardo Vacca Devia; We decided to join their cause and undertake with motivation and hope to help children and their families revive their self-esteem
